COME QUICK!!!
"Come quick!!" The kids shout. They run and huddle around the front door. I hear them screaming in excitement. "Mom, come see," they shout. Ok, so my curiousity is peaked. I haven't seen the kids this excited in quite a while. I leave the kitchen and "hurry" to the door to see what is so very fascinating........
"Rain, Mom, rain!" Ummmm, I guess we have lived in the desert a while now. This would be classified as a rainstorm. And they are SO excited. Where are the umbrellas? I wonder (quietly, of course--I can't ruin the excitement) if the umbrellas will get wet??? Someday I will have to re-introduce them to a good, soaking, midwest rain!
